Power of words - Body language - Formula for success: trust

Numbers, data, facts – are important and informative! However, there are certain components that people communicate verbally, especially non-verbally. Communication is THE decisive factor! In this module, we stick to the well-known phrase “You can’t not communicate” and focus on the spectrum of words and body language.

In this training module, you will learn how you as a salesperson can add that certain something in emphatic skills to your additional expertise and combine them successfully. Often it is only the so-called “little things” that make up the big picture. The conscious use of positive words and short, clear sentences, combined with an authentic body posture – this can make all the difference in a sales talk. In terms of methodology, you can expect exciting, individual group work as well as numerous realistic practical examples that additionally deepen the knowledge you have learned.
