Dual Efficiency Methodology
The Dual Efficiency Methodology in our sales training courses is an additional module where we offer the opportunity to respond specifically and very individually to participants during a group training course.
The training takes place with 2 trainers. One for the plenary training and the group work and the second trainer for the individual training. Group and individual training sessions are specially tailored to the customer’s needs. This accelerates the speed of implementation and the learning curve, allowing us to pack 4 learning days into 2!
The Dual Efficiency Methodology therefore guarantees your training success in three ways:
- Each training course is meticulously prepared for your key topics and relevant practical examples are worked through in groups
- Each participant receives individual feedback & coaching
- Your sales staff will be back in day-to-day business more quickly.
Learning Apps
The learning apps we use contain compact learning content. They are designed to convey learning content quickly and, above all, with pinpoint accuracy. It is also possible to incorporate a kind of “gaming character” to make the learning process even more creative and exciting.
The various learning apps are available to download for the individual workshop participants.
How exactly can success with this tool be measured?
- The respective company can see exactly what (knowledge) level the individual employees are
- Each participant can complete the individual tasks or learning units, some are like quizzes, themselves and the participants decide when they want to learn.
- Individual participants can "match" each other or compete against each other in a kind of "battle".
E-Learning
This learning platform can also be used to complete more extensive courses over longer periods of time. Participants can call up their current level of knowledge at any time. Participants can track their individual learning success at any time.
Recognizable success with this learning method:
- Every participant has the opportunity to check their individual learning status at any time (24h/day - online)
- Learning units/learning paths build on each other (like learning modules)
- Clear presentation of the respective learning units at a glance & with just one click
Workshops (Personal & Online)
Our workshops can all be held as face-to-face workshops or online live workshops.
The workshops differ depending on the topic or content. Basically, there are training courses that last half a day or a whole day. Depending on the module, there are also advanced training courses: e.g. 2-day training courses.
The training success of our workshops:
- Each training course can be held individually as a face-to-face or online event, depending on customer requirements
- Each participant receives individual feedback & coaching
Interactive Tools
Deepen the content learned with different tools:
During our trainings we use tools such as: Chats, role plays, small group work (e.g.: via Kahoot – this is a game-based learning platform)
After our trainings we enable participants to take part in surveys (feedback on the workshop/training) (e.g.: via Mentimeter – a tool for online surveys and analysis)
Many advantages for participants:
- Communicate learning content during training in an even more practice-oriented way with the help of suitable tools
- After the training is before the training: important inputs can be recorded and implemented for future training sessions
- The repetition of content is more memorable.
