Dual Efficiency Methodology

The Dual Efficiency Methodology in our sales training courses is an additional module where we offer the opportunity to respond specifically and very individually to participants during a group training course.

The training takes place with 2 trainers. One for the plenary training and the group work and the second trainer for the individual training. Group and individual training sessions are specially tailored to the customer’s needs. This accelerates the speed of implementation and the learning curve, allowing us to pack 4 learning days into 2!

The Dual Efficiency Methodology therefore guarantees your training success in three ways:

Learning Apps

The learning apps we use contain compact learning content. They are designed to convey learning content quickly and, above all, with pinpoint accuracy. It is also possible to incorporate a kind of “gaming character” to make the learning process even more creative and exciting.

The various learning apps are available to download for the individual workshop participants.

How exactly can success with this tool be measured?


This learning platform can also be used to complete more extensive courses over longer periods of time. Participants can call up their current level of knowledge at any time. Participants can track their individual learning success at any time.

The workshops differ depending on the topic or content. Basically, there are training courses that last half a day or a whole day. Depending on the module, there are also advanced training courses: e.g. 2-day training courses.

During our trainings we use tools such as: Chats, role plays, small group work (e.g.: via Kahoot – this is a game-based learning platform)
